I posted several links. Look up any Site. Lemons are alkaline forming after consumption. I just commented that I balance my own ph with lemons and watermelons: fact. Plus every Site on the Internet agrees that they are alkaline, some just do not have them[lemons] as the most alkaline as I initially stated. It is certainly in the top ten. Yes, if you do a ph test with lemon juice it is acidic, but that is not how it reacts in your body: fact. Try it yourself. The SAD(standard American diet) is extremely acidic. Breads, processed foods, sugars, carbohydrates, alcohol, pharmaceuticals, meats, and fish are all acidic. Fruits and vegetables are not.
