I don't want to start a religious discussion, but did Jesus say it? No.
Paul was never a disciple around Jesus, he met him afterwards, right?
So this is his interpretation of the teaching. I have always seen Paul's writing as somebody's interpretation that wasn't around when Jesus taught.
But, I really don't want to start anything. Please respect my opinion and let's leave it at that.
