If you look at that page you will see I'm the very first person to comment. Someone posted that on a statement was put up regarding that domain name and Ron Paul mentioning not having it on Alex Jones. In that statement the people with control over the site said they specifically registered the names because they didn't want them to fall into enemy hands when registration lapsed, and they would hand them over if Ron Paul or someone credibly identified as representing him would contact them. I then replied saying "that means all they have to do is ask them for it!".

But they have since changed the wording on that page. It no longer says anything about handing the names over, and instead says they've prepared a response for someone that contacts them.
