eat fat, get fat and or tired. sally fallon has herself put on some pudge. Its usually people with fat burning genes who tote the eat fat lose fat. We either burn sugar or we burn both fat and sugar efficiently. The ones that burn fat and sugar efficiently are the ones who you think can eat anything and stay thin. the really thin ones usualyl its an absorption problem. But we are all thin and most efficient on a high carbohydrate low fat low protein diet. minimal animal products.
