It is very possible you'd be correct, in fact.

I really need to work on it seriously once and for all.

Real tobacco or not, it's still a bad habit, IMO, that I'd like to get rid of, some day, if only for myself and my family, even if I smoke outside only (non-negotiable when you're not single, IMO).

Nervously and mentally speaking, I know I'm not ready yet, on that one. Maybe real, non-tweaked tobacco could help me find my way out. Not the first time I hear about that option.

Anyway, it is very rare I ever enjoy one those. :/
