"I will obey the orders of those appointed over me." [What?] ...SO LONG AS THEIR ORDERS TO NOT CONFLICT WITH THE CONSTITUTION.

They forgot that part. We have enough mindless brain-dead zombies who are civilians without there being more in the military.

Next one:

"To defend freedom and democracy around the world" That activity is unconstitutional, and it can also be called empire building, country destabilization, and undeclared wars of aggression. Minding our own business is Constitutional.
