Comment: we the people not the Government

For the first thing this woman does not know the constitution. It is the Constitution for the united States of America. There are nine such similar constitutions out there but the original is the word for and the u on united is not capitalized.

it says to defend freedom and Democracy no where in the constitution does it say Democracy but Guarantees the Republican form of Government for each state. There is a big difference between the Two. Democracy is simple majority with the president as the head. A republic is the people the head and the president on the bottom and it takes a majority of the eligible people to vote to pass not just those voting. So if you do not vote it is a no vote. All laws have to be passed by the people not congress or senators of a state or federal. They have no authority over the people only the government employees.

and we are to defend us here not overseas or other countries.

But not only that but each of us by ourselves are to have arms and protect this country and state.
