There has never been an official "promotion" by government of the Biblical faith "once" delivered to the saints. It's always a counterfeit. Senator Santorum wasn't the product of an organic, grassroots ground swell anywhere near the way Ron Paul was. Seems to me someone/something was promoting him. Senator Satorum who is proud of our kill list is Catholic.
Yes, some religion(s) are more shall we say palatable to those in elitist circles of government.
