Because I don't think there's anything wrong with the title. The interviewer asked Rand whether he supported using military action against Iran to stop them from aquiring nuclear weapons, and Rand's answer was that "I agree that everything should be on the table." The way I interpret that is that the military option should be on the table. If you interpret it differently, that's fine. But that doesn't make the title of this thread false.
