Comment: The location on the exif is "Location: Camp David, MD, USA"

Which I think would have to be edited in by hand. The camera used was a Canon EOS 5D Mark III, which itself can only geotag with an add-on GPS unit, and I'm sure that unit wouldn't be putting out a tidy Municipality, State, Country format, it'd be giving coordinates.
