If he believed that than don't you think he would actually say it? I've heard all other war hawks say as a matter of fact. Rand used such vague dialog on the matter. Is it possible he was carefully wording his answer to avoid a "gotch ya".

The fact is, the Republicans are testing Rand. If he's like his father...they will trash him. But at the same time, they know they need someone like Rand to pull the Tea Party, Libertarian, and all the other wings of the party together to beat the Democrat machine.
