All it takes is one Justice to send the case to Conference.

But it takes four to agree in that Conference to hear the case.

People just pick the Justice that they think will send the case to Conference, so that doesn't tell you anything about whether or not the case will be accepted by the Conference.

There were many cases challenging Obama's status as a Natural Born Citizen which one sympathetic Justice would send to Conference, but in Conference all were rejected. It is clear that he did not meet the definition of Natural Born Citizen because his father was not a US citizen at the time of the birth of little Barry, but apparently for political reasons the Conference refused to accept the cases.

You can't depend on the Supreme Court to uphold the Constitution.

"Bend over and grab your ankles" should be etched in stone at the entrance to every government building and every government office.
