I am type A and my daughter is O. We do not eat the same foods and she includes a little fish and chicken now a few days a week because she avoids milk products but still eats eggs, and we both combine foods for complete protein. We have both adjusted our diets to suit our individual needs and we are both in very good health.
You need to listen to your body and do what works for you. Some people just eat without any thought and end up with chronic illnesses related to diet choices.
Interesting about the blood types.
