Eating the primal way

There is only one proper "diet" fit for human consumption. It is the same diet eaten by our ancestors.

Saturated fat is necessary for health and proper brain function. There are some viable substitutes, but pure, untainted animal flesh is the healthiest source. You can avoid contributing to animal cruelty by either purchasing products from reputable farmers with pastured, free-range livestock or by raising animals yourself.
