It is a proven fact that a plant based diet not only helps but reverses heart disease . Dr. Esscelstien, Colin Campbell and Dean Ornish all came up with the same findings independent of each other.

Converting to a plant based diet changed my life. I was 240 lbs, cigar smoker, big steak eater and worked a high stress job.

I made a decision first to change my eating habits and went to a plant based diet. Soon after with the blast of nutrition I was receiving it was no longer satisfying to me to smoke cigars. I seemed to tolerate stress much better and took up running. 6 years later I'm 190 pounds, can run over 50 miles and never felt better. I'm in the best shape of my life and owe it to eating a clean plant based diet.

I am living the results. It is a conclusive study with me.....

And that's all that matters. .
