I eat everything she says except the meat. But I also eat eggs and dairy, which she does not mention. I think the eggs provide a lot of what the meat provides. As long as your diet makes alkaline blood have the meat, but with lots of raw vegetables as she recommends. She created an alkaline environment in her body and maybe that healed her.

She recommends in the video:
Fish oil creatine Co-enzymeQ10 Vitamin B1 B9 B12 Iodine Omega 3 Fatty Acids Sulfur B6 Antioxidants

She Recommends Daily
( I eat all these vegetables too and that makes healthy alkaline blood)
3 cups green leaves Kale and or other dark green leafy
3 cups sulfur foods like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, turnip, rutabaga, Brussels sprouts, onions, garlic, leeks, shallots, mushrooms, asparagus
3 cups beets, carrots, peppers, or other bright colored vegetables and or berries, peaches, oranges
wild fish rich in omega 3 fatty acids, grass fed meat, organ meat
seaweed once a week
little or no flour products

She is right about the modern diet creating disease. Not only MS, but also diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer.
