The problem is how distasteful and classless the statement is.
I'm not sure how anyone can rationally justify spewing vitriolic rhetoric at lowly servicemen just because "obeying orders" is "no excuse" (FALSE btw).
By that standard all servicemen deserve to be on trial right now. This is incomprehensible.
