Or something very similar.

Point is, when Gov't Officials begin outwardly ignoring the Laws (Courts) they hold others to, others will soon follow suit and it will be Gov't Officials who are being Judged, Tried, and Punished outside of the Court System.

This is not rocket science, it is simply Human Behavior.
