Yes, the simulation theory concept is fascinating, and in many ways it is very much like the theist view of the world, where a "god" created everything.
Technically, almost anything is possible, so it is important to be open to the possibilities. The only problem I have with simulation theory is an emotional one: it kinda of scares me to consider it, but then again, there's no inherent reason to view it with fear and dread.
