Comment: I've never tried straterra
I've never tried straterra
But I've used adderrall, concerta, and vyvanse. All of them caused me to work more efficiently but it was clear to myself and everyone around me that they made me anti-social. I was never suicidal.
Eventually I just stopped taking the medication, they had so many bad side effects.
-Cotton mouth, always dehydrated
-Always had headaches
-Couldn't physically eat more than 200-300 calories worth of food a day
-Always lightheaded
-Constipation
My advice: do the diets as suggested below, but if your job is dependent on the medication, use it till you feel comfortable weaning yourself off it.
