This pisses me off more than anything

the corn syrup does not make you fat. The Pizza , the chicken, the oil in the coleslaw, IS WHAT MAKES YOU FAT!

What the HFC does is it helps to trigger your body's insulin response which triggers your body to store the FAT that is inide those foods or in whatever meal you are eating with your HFC infused juices.

Starch and carbohydrates when eaten in wholefoods do not make you fat. Refined things trigger insulin responses that tells your body to store fat that is in the food you are eating. So remember, It isn't that the sugar turns into fat, that is myth. What happens is REFINED and CONCENTRATED sugars (which are not natural folks!) triggers insulin which drives your body to store more fat But potatoes and starch and corn do NOT make you fat that is horrible disinformation.

What makes us fat is FAT AND PROTEIN.
I dare all of you to eat 20 bananas every day or 30 even for 7 days, you will lose a ton of weight.

If you want to not be fat, you have to keep the macronutrint ratio in the foods you eat to 80 - 10 - 10. IT IS THAT SIMPLE FOLKS!!
fruits berries melons, Vegetables, potatoes, rice , beans , lentil, all of it!!!!!!
FRENCH FRIES DO NOT MAKE YOU FAT, THE OIL DOES AFTER YOUR BODY TAKES IT IN BECAUSE OF THE INSULIN RESPONSE CAUSED BY THOSE DAMN SODAS WITH HFC AND REFINED SUGARS IN THEM.... AARRRGGG!!!!!!. and the salt bloats you!! ok now i shall calm down maybe I am over reacting here
That in terms of total calorie in take only 10 percent should be fat calories and 10 percent be protein calories.

This is the healthiest diet for human beings this is how we were made to eat..
