A few things that can cause a person

to not be able to concentrate fully are a diet that is too low in fat, too low in B vitamins, thyroid/adrenal problem, and candida overgrowth.

Barlean's flaxseed oil, cod liver oil, and coconut oil are easy ways to add good fat to a diet. The thyroid/adrenal problem is tricky and most doctors don't really know how to fix it if it's gotten out of hand. Fresh green vegetable juice is good for lots of B vitamins. Calcium and magnesium supplements can also be calming.
