I have great uncle who lived to 91, His brother to 86. My dad is going to be 85 his brother 94, another friend and his sister is 93 and 86.
My son-inlaws grandapa passed at 100. Him and another friend was 94 but they broke their hips essentially dying of a calcium deficiency.
All are active and healthy and ate meat and vegetables and were thin all their lives.
I think I'll go with what works than to be a guinea pig in some crazy experimental diet. A diet that has yet to prove itself beyond 78 years.
