i'm With You

Except I find I need fruit every few hours. I probably overdo the citrus but I believe the adage 'An apple a day keeps the doctor away." If given the chance, I eat 2 or 3.
I consume 0 refined sugars and aim for low consumption of starch and carbs.
The more raw vegetable, and the more frequently I eat, the better I feel all around. If I can't eat frequently and regularly through the day I find I break into cold sweats through the night. What's up with that?
I maybe also overdo the protein ( I'd eat 80% red meat 3 times a day if given the chance), but the raw milk/butter staple I regard as medicine.
Cups full of strong coffee helps the medicine go down. ;-)
