I lived in Sand Point in the late 90's. I found the place, to me, to be very "new agie" at the time and politically messed up. I did not preceive many libertarians to be there, but they were more so located towards Post Falls and the Coeur d'Alene area.
I found Idaho to be pretty diverse and segmented. I lived there when Helen Chenoweth was in office. That was a Great Lady and Idaho needs more like her today.
