Nice to see someone recognize

Nice to see someone recognize meat's impact on the body, that it doesn't fatten the body and that it does slim it. Many people on the DP have lost sight of nature.

Additionally, they, in their zealous discussions about nutrition on the micro level, miss the damned obvious about something inside their mouths that destroy their bodies, resulting in deranged circulation causing excesses and deficiencies. The obvious? Dentistry. That profession is a sham. Truth in it resides in books from long ago, despite what in-house dentist Delysid says.

School's fine. Just don't let it get in the way of thinking. -Me

Study nature, not books. -Walton Forest Dutton, MD, in his 1916 book whose subject is origin (therefore what all healing methods involve and count on), simple and powerful.
