Nope, I don't. Just what I've heard. Never grown the stuff myself. You evidently have, and I won't question your expertise. But tell me, if you know: aren't there parts of the world where it grows wild, without "cultivation"? If so, why wouldn't such locales be ideal sources of the crop, with negligible production costs?
