For scientists/engineers:

who had heard of Godel's incompleteness theorems BY THE END of their Bachelor of Science curriculum (whichever it is that requires some post-high school maths, usually by the age of 20 or 21)


Just that.

Masters diplomas and above, PhD, etc, do NOT count (it'd be like asking if a butcher knows that knives exist, aside forks and spoons).
