How about we install a bullet proof
glass security wall that slams down once an alarm has been set off in the classroom? It will partition the kids and teacher off from the killer.
It should only cost 100 million per classroom or we could be realistic and give teachers guns and biometric gun safes where they can protect the kids. Maybe $500 or less would cover it and you wouldn't have to arm every teacher.. Chances are, it would wind up never being used because having a gun is one hell of a deterrent.
