in the bulls-eye. Good thing I like shoveling. I'll be going out to do that off and on this evening...I like trying to keep up with the storm, I like being out in it but not too far from my warm apartment (hoping the lights stay on so that I'll have heat!) I hear it is a $500 fine and/or a year in jail(????) for being on the roads (any of them) after 4 pm today. What??? How will that be enforced (think of the safety issues with high speed chases and police pulling people over, not to mention losing control of your car when the siren suddenly breaks the beautiful silence that is snow and of course you won't see the flashing light because of the white-out conditions.) The State of insanity is right!
