It's kind of funny

To see people use trademark law to defend Ron Paul. Just sayin.

Trademark dilution aka cybersquatting does constitute using derivations of a domain. This is the same argument used against scalpers and arbitrage, it's intellectually and economically bogus.

It's not even with the spirit of trademark law which is supposed to protect consumers from being defrauded. RonPaul.com (as far as I know) hasn't defrauded or attempted to defraud any consumers.
