Actually, this girl put a magnet on hers....

Though I don't recommend it because it could fall off or be stolen, this girl put a magnet on hers.

I think she just used the foam sticky tape to stick to the flat magnet label tape and cut the magnet to the right shape.

Something like this may work, but still, I'm concerned it will fall off on big bumps: http://www.uline.com/BL_1222/Magnetic-Warehouse-Labels-Strips

Also:

Q: Is it removable?
A: The part is meant to be permanent. It is manufactured the exact same way as the chrome letters on every vehicle. I’ve heard of people using a blow dryer or heat gun to get the foam sticky tape on the backside a little tacky so as to remove the part without damaging the paint, but I haven’t tried it yet. I’ve also read of people spraying a little WD-40 behind the part to soften the tape, and then using a piece of dental floss to “saw” them off. I’d recommend the blow dryer method to be able to reuse the badge.
