Carriers are more for projecting power than they are for war. More like mobile command centers; they might seem nice to have and look cool and all, but you dont want them in the thick of combat.

Anyway, you would think they could prioritize cutting more of some things over others instead of complaining.
Doesnt anyone remember that we somehow used to get by spending ALOT less on the military?
