If it is established that the domain name ronpaul.com (not the site itself, the site can move)belongs to the RON PAUL trademark then sorry, that's Ron Paul's property...
The issue here is who the arbitrators for that dispute are (The UN), the owner knows full well that it is the only avenue for that kind of dispute and is trying to deceive the supporters.
