People you have to be smarter than the political scene.
Rand Paul understands that labels are only as good as they allow you to get your message out. Tea Party, Republican, Libertarian blah blah who cares? What are the positions and policies?

They tried this crap on Ron too (yes I know Ron's positions are purer).They were always trying to get him to identify 3rd party or whatever and he stuck in the Republican party because he knew that's where he could get the most attention. He has admitted this numerous times.
