it would be possible to transmit garbage on that same frequency, which would interfere with the transmitter.. but it would be difficult, as you would have to get your hands on one
also there is no guarantee that all drones could use the same frequency.
Probably the best bet would be to make a consumer drone that could compete, technically speaking, and then interfere with the original drone in the sky. - For example, mount a camera to it and record all drone activites, just to make sure there is no illegal activity, like we currently do with the police
