you probably would find it hard to debunk. The logic is there.
Please, be free to eat and live any way you want.
But understand, when you post fear-mongering misinformation on food, people will come out and give you their side of the story.
I understand your zeal, I used to be the same way about veganism.
Eating ANY TYPE of factory-farmed, processed, non-organic, and GMO frankenfoods - including grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits, dairy, meat, poultry and fish will weaken the immune system, which will eventually set up the body to acquire diseases like cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
People who eat a Paleo diet do not eat factory-farmed animals, processed foods, frankenfoods, or processed veg/seed/bean oils, or sugar except for raw honey. They generally don't eat any food that cannot be eaten raw. They do not over eat, because the foods that they eat are satiating, unlike grains, sugars, and beans.
Many people who have switched from Vegan to Paleo have said that they did so because they got sick, but since going Paleo, they realized they ate MORE plant foods on a Paleo diet than they did on a vegan diet, and they feel much better.
So when you make a blanket statement using one (imo flawed) study as your evidence that you are right, do not be surprised that people come out to disagree with you.
I don't post here much anymore, but I do comment about nutrition if I have time, because I think it's vitally important to nourish the body and brain to stay "awake."
