If I were RP, I would appeal to the legal body responsible for adjudicating the dispute. After I win I would assume ownership of the domain name(s) in question.

Then, I would simply grant a license to the former "owners" of the domain name to continue using the domain for say $1 and an agreement to post any content RP wishes to post on the site.
