Likeness is your image. Is it identity theft if they take a person's name and use it for their gain?

Let me ask you this. If ronpaul.com was filled with filthy nasty porn, kiddy porn, bestiality etc under Ron Paul's name, would he have a case or would you still argue that its not his property?

What if I put a website under your full name and used it as a hardcore gay dating site... with YOUR picture on it... Would you still argue that it's still my private property?
