Israel, first thanks for the information. Second, and please don't take offense, but if you are going to make something "short and sweet" don't repeat yourself 6 times. We heard it the first time.
In any event, for those that didn't get it. When Tim purchased the domain name he agreed to have any dispute resolved using ARBITRATION, which is a process that is so common today.
It is a voluntary agreement that parties enter into that waves the right to a trial in a court of competent jurisdiction, but instead submit to an arbiter who decides the case. Arbitration usually have very limited discovery process etc and there is no jury. It is a "judge" AKA arbiter who decides the case. Most credit cards and other consumer/employment agreements have clauses providing for arbitration to resolve any dispute.
