No evidence has been presented of anyone actually writing the rant. No evidence has come forth as to who can be proved to have pulled any triggers on anyone as yet.
At this point any just and honest jury would find 'not guilty'.
Therefore it is far too soon to assume anything based on the media! In police work they are seldom close, let alone precise!
