Also, it would be entirely different if the registrant of was also named Ron Paul or if they had a child named Ron Paul _lastname_. Or if he owned a business that just coincidentally had Ron Paul in the name. In either case they would have a very strong argument for remaining registrant of

But to own and to try to sell the name to someone who actually is Ron Paul... that is a bad faith use of the domain name.
