And no, I wouldn't. It is immoral, and not cost effective. So their is no justification for dealing with it.
Prosecuting victimless crimes, creates a victim out of the accused. And the cost of the process is greater on society than the imagined alternative.
So, explain to me, why enforcing them makes sense?
