Well see there's the rub.. He was found guilty and there's a law in place to say that he in fact did something wrong but you advocate that the action that lead him to the courts is somehow not worth curtailing.. so his action is only bad if it causes granny's death but until then it can't be considered reckless.
Arguing a cost/benefit leads back to morality for you guys but you somehow miss the moral dilemma i just laid out and that which you'd promote and Anarchism fosters.
