Clearly lacks serious knowledge of the Law and History and it shows. He is better than most in Congress but he is still not competent due to his lack of clear understanding of the Law and the history of the Law. If he was fully competent he would make much wiser suggestions about what direction to go which is only one direction obey the Law. If we obey the law to its end we will preserve liberty and prosperity. If we tinker with the knobs of tyranny we will only have a different tyranny.
