We've already begun forming one in our county.

However because of the fact it is a border county and likely to have major elements of cartel corruption, we are not able to be as open to the county officials at this point.

If it was another place in America, we'd be very open and public with what we are doing to encourage membership growth.

Right now, all we can be is professional and mindful of criminal element's possible and likely sway with local authorities.
