Agreed, sort of

Hashing out something really perplexing is a good idea, certainly for a couple of ancaps trying to figure it out:

- Child abuse
- Adult sexual predators who seduce children into voluntary statutory rape.
- Infanticide
- Psychopaths on murder sprees.

The problem with discussing these in discussions with the critics of anarchism is that it takes people to a nasty place that is hard to wrangle even with an idealized version of a state.
