I do not use cost/benefit or emotional reactions to drive my beliefs. I use the NAP. I can many times show where the NAP produces a more beneficial outcome, or a better emotional response, but those are not WHY I believe what I believe.

Good for you. Now, ignoring the fact that not all minarchists believe in the constitution. What does the 14th ammendment mean to you?, What does the second? What does the first and third? The courts rarely agree, the people even less so... And no minarchist agrees on the finer point, and in many cases not even the big ones.

In addition, the constitution is what allowed the creation of our police state. Hardly defendable.
