Comment: Consolidation of power
Consolidation of power
I haven't read into yet but it does seem more and more that the Constitution is a document for circumventing the power of the States. I recently picked up Hans Hermann Hoppes "Democracy: The God That Failed" and from some of the reviews (one by Stephan Kinsella) he trashes the notion that a Constitution would necessarily be needed in a society based upon Voluntarism and/or Anarcho-Capitalism. So from what I read online it's going to be quite a ride to the end of the book!
