mmmm, horse burgers
Why not sell it as horse meat? They could call it "Carne de Palomino" and people would LOVE it! I sometimes wonder why they don't just wear stuff like this rather than trying to avoid it. It's not like our intellectually superior populace would catch on anyway and if the TV could tell them it's good, they'll accept that willingly. Like mercury in shots, they just put it out on the news that a little mercury in the blood is a good thing and you never hear another peep about it. I say package it as "Carne de Palomino" and tell people that horse meat has less polyunsaturated something or other, problem solved.
